Disney Junior is an American pay television network that is owned by the Walt Disney Television unit of The Walt Disney Company through Disney Channels Worldwide. Aimed mainly at children 2-7 years old, its programming consists of original first-run television series, theatrically-released and home media-exclusive movies and select other third-party programming.
From February 2011 until January 2017, Disney Junior also lent its name to a morning and early afternoon program block seen on sister network Disney Channel, branded as “Disney Junior on Disney Channel”, airing weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (6:00 to 10:00 a.m. during the summer months and designated school break periods) and weekends from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. Eastern and Pacific Time.
As of January 2016, the channel is available to 74.0 million households in the U.S.

Aimed primarily at children ages 6–15, its programming consists of original first-run television series, current and former original series and made-for-TV films from sister network Disney Channel, theatrically-released films, and acquired programs from other distributors, including Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon and Beyblade Burst.
The channel offers an alternate Spanish-language audio feed, either via a separate channel with the English track removed as part of a package of Spanish-language television networks sold by subscription providers or a separate audio track accessible through the SAP option, depending on the provider.

The SEC Network is an American sports network that is owned by ESPN Inc., a joint venture between The Walt Disney Company (which operates the network, through its 80% controlling ownership interest) and the Hearst Communications (which holds the remaining 20% interest). The channel is dedicated to coverage of collegiate sports sanctioned by the Southeastern Conference (SEC) including live and recorded event telecasts, news, analysis programs, and other content focusing on the conference’s member schools.The network is estimated to have 70 million subscribers, more that any other dedicated sports network.
The network’s coverage serves as the successor to an eponymous syndication package (later renamed SEC TV), which was produced by its syndication arm ESPN Regional Television. SEC Network is operated out of ESPN facilities in Charlotte, North Carolina, shared with ESPN Events, some operations for the ACC Network, and formerly ESPNU. While Charlotte is not an SEC market itself, it is in close proximity to universities that are members of the conference and shares a television market with the northern part of South Carolina, which is part of the South Carolina Gamecocks’ television market.
ACC Network (ACCN) is an American subscription-television channel that is owned and operated by ESPN Inc. Announced on July 21, 2016, it is dedicated to coverage of the Atlantic Coast Conference, and launched on August 22, 2019. The channel operates from ESPN’s headquarters in Bristol, Connecticut, though some programming and staff will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Ahead of the television network’s launch and as part of ESPN’s new contract with the conference, ESPN launched the digital platform ACC Network Extra (ACCNX) on WatchESPN in 2016, which streams ACC events not broadcast on television.
